Step 1: Overview

This is a perfect solution for the development of motion robots based on Arduino. This motor drive is powerful enough to drive 4 DC motors or 2 stepper motors, and provides 4 full-speed PWM controls to control the 4-way servo. Support PS2 wireless controller, give full play to the powerful functions of PS2 controller.

Minimize the occupancy of the Arduino pins, so use the dedicated PWM driver chip (PCA9685) based on I2C communication to control the speed and direction of the motor. Multiple motors can be driven with only two GPIO pins (SDA&SCL), or multiple drivers can be stacked (cascadable) without interfering with the use of other I2C devices. The motor is driven by the TB6612 and supports 1.2A current per channel (maximum peak current 3A)
